Stephen Francis Xavier, Co-Founder of PAT Group of Institutions, has a strong societal orientation and the rare combination of commerce, philosophy and theology for his academic foundation.

He brings along with him a vast and varied experience in administration and finance to PAFT.

He received formal training in MFI governance, Financial Management, Internal Audit and Controls, Microfinance Literacy, Micro enterprises development, Accounting and Auditing standards in addition to his long experience in various fields is PAFTs asset to count on in its growth.

Mr. R. Sathyanathan


A qualified engineer from a premier institution and a builder of impeccable repute.

He had forayed into the service of extending quality education to the aspiring students from the rural background.

Driven by his social inclination towards uplifting the life of people, he serves as the driving force of the organization in attaining its goal of financial inclusion.

Mr. Joel Mecir Roy. S

Director / COO

The young director was working as deputy manager in Vedanta Group. He was heading the Asset optimization team of VEDANTA-IOK unit and awarded “Star of business “among the top performers of the unit.

As a COO of the organization, he is spearheading the business development, partnership and strategic engagement to ensure that PAFT achieves its goal, He coordinate cutting across all key department such as HR, MIS, Finance and Operations.

He played the pivotal & lead role in implementing the “Info Microfin” software.

Mrs. Anne Jose Patricia

Director/ Financial Controller

A postgraduate in science, she had a meritorious rise in the ranks of the organization owing to her flair for financial management.

She heads the finance wing of PAFT overseeing day-to-day financial affairs of the company.

She received intense training from M/s FWWB, equipping her in the aspects of MFI governance, Financial Management, Internal Audit and Controls, Accounting and Auditing standards to steer the organization to sustainability.

Mr. G. Milroy Paul

Independent Director

Mr. G. Milroy Paul is a Development Banker with expertise in Microfinance, Housing Microfinance and Financial inclusion. He was associated with IOB for over 30 years in various capacities including as the head of the Priority Sector department at IOB Corporate office; Head of the Rural Banking Training Centre and as Senior Consultant of Agri Business Consultancy services of the Bank. He also has over 15 years of experience in the Microfinance sector. He was a Senior Management staff of Friends of the Women’s World Banking India (FWWB) responsible for providing capacity building and technical assistance to Partner MFIs.. He also worked for Habitat for Humanity India, as Head of Housing Microfinance, providing housing solutions to the poor. He is also World Bank certified Microfinance Trainer.
